Hi Service Dept: I am extremely unhappy and disappointed with the service. I had called in the morning to find out if there was a wait to get an inspection sticker. The person I spoke to told me that they were very slow and I could bring in the car anytime in the early afternoon. When I arrived my wife brought in the car and keys and spoke with Cheryl. I had the car serviced there in December and the mileage then was 11558. On 6/21 the mileage was 13603. We had driven only 2045 miles. We are elderly and do not do a lot of driving. The only thing I needed was an inspection sticker. After waiting 2 hours it was still not finished and we were the only people in the waiting room. They never washed the car and the sticker they did last. The bill was over $700 and it looks to me that since your place was slow that they "padded" the bill with unnecessary work. The oil change was not necessary. The 4 wheel alignment was also unneeded. The HVAC system was also fine. We garage the car year round. We have bought several cars there over the years and only go there for service. We have no plans to return even though we live only ten minutes away. Ronnie Sarver Final

I am very disappointed on the service from this dealership. I was referred by the Costco Auto Problem thinking it is a hassle free purchase. I only want one option on 2025 RAV4 XLE so I placed the order on 4/19/2025. I explicitly said the color I want is either gray or silver. I waited for three months, the salesman told me the car is here and the color is white. I never wanted a white color, his explanation is there could be a confusion on the color and without an apology. During the three months, he never emailed me on my order status, I have to email him to check on the status. When we meet, he said he will let me know the order status every couple weeks which he never did. I ended up cancelled my order and frustrated that I have to wait three months for an order that the dealership promised but failed to deliver.
I hate being hustled. I walked in with my husband and child super cranky from having to recover from a mild concussion due to a negligent driver who totaled our beloved car. In sum, I was not looking forward to buying another car. Yaro came up to us and I was already prepared to walk out because like I stated, I hate being hustled. But his friendly demeanor was so hard to be angry at. I gave him a chance. Long story short, he and his supervisor (James) were complete gentlemen with me despite my highly agitated post-concussive state. He brought us water, asked about my health, and then went to work prepping our intended car for a test drive. Yaro and his team made this accident recovery process less painful and enjoyable. If I were ever required to purchase another vehicle (which, Lord have mercy I hope not!) , I would not hesitate for a second to return to Yaroslav (his full name). Yaro, you changed my bias on car salesmen. THANK YOU.
