Just purchased a new Rav4 from Parkway Toyota. This was my best car buying experience ever. Every person who I've talked to was very knowledgeable, trustworthy, friendly, respectful, and pleasant to talk to. My sales person, Mohamad, was awesome to work with. We talked on the phone for less than 20 minutes about discounts and incentives that I've been seeing and getting. He told me he could work something out if I came in that day. I showed up, and within 45 minutes, the sales manager gave me an offer that satisfied me compared to other Toyota dealerships. Mohamad made me feel very comfortable and relaxed buying a car from start to finish.

Karen was great. Friendly, responsive, warm and kept me laughing while I was waiting for my car to be serviced. She went out of her way to help me get an accessory I'd purchased but never received.

Amazing dealership. I hate the places that bait and switch you, try to weasle you into a deal, or just aren't honest. I have walked away from so many places that do that. Scott was not like that. He was responsive, honest, and gave me a great deal. He was super easy to work with and worked around my schedule. He even came in on his day off to accommodate me. Mike in Finance was just as easy to deal with and got me in and out with no haggle or sales tricks. They were both so great that I've started referring family and friends.

Yaro answered all my questions and all my phone calls. He is full of energy:)
