My wife and I had purchased a brand new 2017 Prius a few years back and had a great experience. Fast forward to February 2024 and we were looking to replace our 2022 Ford Escape. It had no issues but it was a purchase we made over the pandemic and we didnt feel that it was going to be a long-term car for us. We needed a bit more space and frankly a better drive, so we were in the market for a RAV4. We had checked other dealers but going back to Parkway Toyota and was the right choice. Ricky from Parkway Toyota greeted and guided us through our purchase. He offered superb service, presented a great selection of vehicles, and gave us a great price without the hardsell. it's been a little over a week since purchasing our used 2021 RAV4 XLE and we're not regretting it one bit. If you happen to go to Parkway, ask for Ricky as he took really great care of us.

5 stars is for Nathaniel, thanks for going above and beyond and staying late to get the deal done on our RAV4. However, there are two things new buyers should be weary of when purchasing from this dealer. 1. Online price vs Actual price: After the test drive, I was informed that the price I saw on the website was the “Online Price” and the in-person price was actually higher because I was paying cash. 2. Re-conditioning fee: I was also informed after the test drive that the dealer had applied a “re-conditioning fee” to cover the costs they payed to get the car up to Gold Certified Warranty status. I get it, the dealer has to maximize return, and bargaining chips like this keep the customer from haggling under MSRP. But it’s still shady and dishonest, and will keep me from doing business with this dealer again.

Although at times I received different responses for the same question from different individuals, the experience with the dealership has been very good!

My rating for this location is all because of Senecque Lucas. From the moment I went to first look at potential vehicles, to weeks after my purchase, Senecque has been nothing short of excellent with his client service. I appreciate his eagerness to help however he can when issues arise. If you need an example of high-quality service, I recommend Senecque Lucas.

In the past, I had horrible experiences at this dealership but Senecque (Lucas) has changed my mind and was a fantastic salesman! The sale was easy and quick and I really appreciated his preparedness when I arrived at the dealership (no beating around the bush). It was such a positive experience and I owe it all to Lucas!

Worked with David Mendez and the sales manager to purchase a used vehicle, this was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. I ended up walking away with a used Toyota Corolla.
